Clematis 'Roguchi' is a masterpiece of Japanese breeding! 'Roguchi' produces dainty, bell-shaped blooms that hang gracefully from slender stems. The petals are a textured, deep, saturated midnight-blue to royal purple.
This is a lax, non-clinging climber. It doesn't have twining petioles like other Clematis, so it needs a little help being tied to a trellis, or it can be allowed to scramble beautifully through shrubs or over stone walls.
