Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Goods

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our ranch team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
